An Ayrshire businessman says he has been fined by (1) police for blowing his nose (2) driving.
Michael Mancini, from Prestwick, said he was sitting in stationary traffic with the handbrake on when he (3) a tissue to clean his nose. The 39-year-old, who (4) a furniture restoration business, said: "The (5) in the High Street was at a stand-still. I stopped the van, put the handbrake on and blew my nose.
